Small Works Contracts Manager
Based across our portfolio of homes in Bournemouth, Poole, Ferndown, Lymington, New Milton and surrounding areas.
Circa £45,000 per annum (depending on experience) with a car allowance
Colten Developments Ltd are looking to recruit a Small Works Contracts Manager to deliver a number of high specification refurbishment and enhancement projects within our portfolio of properties located in and around Bournemouth, Poole, Ferndown, Lymington, New Milton and surrounding areas.
You will be joining our refurbishment team based from our office in Ringwood although the role will be predominantly project based between the multiple project sites within Hampshire and Dorset.
- Responsible for running projects ranging from £2k to £1m across our portfolio.
- Will have numerous projects running concurrently.
- Ensuring H&S is implemented and adhered to.
- Programming of projects to deliver projects on time and to budget.
- Monitor & Supervision of subcontractors and directly employed staff.
- Work closely with the in-house design team and project surveyor.
- Preferably have access to a good database of trade resources.
- Good communication & organisational skills are essential for this key role within the business.
- Previous experience of managing refurbishment projects is preferable.
