This exceptionally beautiful purpose built home recently refurbished throughout with light bright open spaces including stunning gardens. With a team of over 80 staff, you will show extraordinary leadership skills in taking this Good rated home on its continued journey of clinical care excellence.

With knowledge and passion for nursing care you will have the support of an extended regional team including our Operations team, HR, facilities, Learning and Development and clinical / quality assurance teams to support our residents to live life with more independence and more confident.

As the Home Manager you would have overall responsibility for the management of all the all the day to day aspects of running a busy 52 bed home and you will get job satisfaction in spades - role modelling our values and showcasing to prospective residents and their families that Fernhill is the right place to support each individual living with dementia.
