You can really make a difference to the lives of our residents, their families and your team by joining us to be the Home Manager at Fernhill – our Outstanding rated dementia community in Ferndown, Dorset.

This exceptionally beautiful purpose built home designed with dementia care in mind throughout with light bright open spaces including a stunning roof top terrace. With a team of 105 staff, you will show extraordinary leadership skills in taking this outstanding rated home on its continued journey of clinical and dementia care excellence.

With knowledge and passion for dementia care you will have the support of an extended regional team including our Admiral Nurse, HR, facilities, Learning and Development and clinical / quality assurance teams to make sure we deliver consistently on our dementia promise of “Supporting you to overcome the challenges associated with dementia.”

As the Home Manager you would have overall responsibility for the management of all the all the day to day aspects of running a busy 58 bed home and you will get job satisfaction in spades - role modelling our values and showcasing to prospective residents and their families that Fernhill is the right place to support each individual living with dementia.
