It is an exciting time to join L & D at Colten Care, as we embed a box fresh Induction process.  You will help shape our exciting projects in leadership & talent management, developing a conference model and our wellbeing programme.

Adept at observational learning you’ll continually push the boundaries, making our L & D proposition, outstanding. You’ll have the ability to design, grow and bring to life, our portfolio of high-quality training to our front-line teams.

An excellent relationship builder, enthusiastic and collaborative in your approach. You will have the ability to build a long-lasting affinity with our key stakeholders, including our Home Managers and Operations Team.

This rewarding role will provide a unique opportunity for you to thrive as part of a small but mighty L & D team, supporting the development of a culture, based upon 70/20/10 learning philosophy.

The residents sit at the heart of everything we do, and we provide a critical link between our workforce and the provision of WOW moments at point of care.

What you’ll have:

  • Energy and enthusiasm to deliver results
  • A natural coach, delivering a best-in-class approach to L & D
  • An exceptional team player who can quickly gain the trust of our stakeholders
  • Experience of L & D planning and interactive delivery
  • Knowledge of e-learning systems (we currently use Articulate), would be helpful
