Head of Marketing

Based at Colten House, Ringwood BH24 3FE

£70,000 per annum, plus bonus based on KPI’s, car allowance & benefits

In this senior position, we are looking to recruit a Head of Marketing, with significant experience of delivering complex marketing strategies across wide ranging media platforms. Along with a naturally creative mindset, the successful candidate must have a strong data driven approach, to optimise customer behaviour.

You’ll be responsible for creating, managing, and implementing an integrated marketing and communications strategy for Colten, ensuring all activity is fresh, impactful, and engaging, without compromising brand integrity.

Excellent communication skills are essential, as you lead and inspire our multi-disciplinary team of marketing specialists, including Events, Creative and Digital.

You will take the lead in developing our digital plan, evolving our visibility and managing our forthcoming website project.

You will have awareness of our customer journey, with key insights into the best marketing practices within our space.

Thinking outside the box, you will be creating core organic content to tap into a wide passive audience, ensuring the effective marketing of our unique stories, points of difference and values.

As an effective influencer, you will have the confidence to manage multiple stakeholder relationships, working collaboratively towards differentiating Colten Care from its competitors.

What you’ll need:

  • Educated to Degree Level or equivalent
  • Chartered Member of Institute of Marketing
  • Minimum of three years’ experience in leading a team in delivering marketing plans to deliver measurable impact
  • Marketing management experience in the service, healthcare, luxury, or hospitality sectors
  • Proven experience of developing integrated campaigns to support business goals
  • Demonstrable experience of digital marketing campaigns
  • Understanding of marketing tactics and measurement tools to influence campaigns, aid employee attraction, retention, whilst growing revenue
