Based at Linden House our 'Outstanding' Dedicated Dementia Care Home in Lymington

24 or 36 hours per week, nights, including alternate weekends

Additional hours / overtime opportunities available to suit your circumstances

Up to £12.48 per hour inclusive of all enhancements 

Pay breakdown:

Basic Pay Rate: £8.72 per hour (OR £9.41 per hour for people with two years' plus experience in care)

Plus £1.50 p/h weekend enhancement and 75p p/h night enhancement when applicable

Enhancements for an NVQ or Diploma Level qualification in Health & Social Care are paid as follows:  NVQ 2 additional 56p p/h, OR NVQ 3 additional 82p p/h

About You

We are looking for people with a passion and motivation to join the care sector, with or without experience.   If you have transferable skills in areas such as  customer service, hospitality, or from a similar care backgrounds, then this will be an advantage.  In any event, we provide everyone with training from day one, using a blend of learning opportunities both on and off the job.
