Mobile Housekeeper & Laundry Assistant (driver essential)

30 hours per week, working on a shift rota between 8am-10pm, including most weekends.

Additional hours / overtime opportunities available to suit your circumstances

 

Up to £10.78 per hour inclusive of all enhancements

Basic Pay Rate: £8.72 per hour

Plus £1.50 p/h weekend enhancement, plus 56p p/h enhancement for a job specific Level 2 NVQ/Diploma qualification

Mileage reimbursed

As a mobile Housekeeper, you will enjoy the challenge of working in different locations, within Colten Care's variety of nursing and dementia care homes in Bournemouth, Poole, Ferndown & Christchurch. Driver essential!

You will be involved in daily cleaning (and deep cleaning duties when required), maintaining exceptional standards of cleanliness in communal areas and residents’ rooms. In the laundry, you will ensure that items are freshly washed and dried, using the appropriate machinery, with residents’ clothing returned clean and pressed, ready to wear. We’ll provide all the training and equipment you need to maintain health and safety standards.

About You

Ideally, you will have previous experience of housekeeping, cleaning, laundry and domestic duties, whether in care, hospitality or similar sector with lots of transferable skills working with customers to high standards.
