24 or 36 hours per week, nights, including alternate weekends.

Additional hours / overtime opportunities available to suit your circumstances

Up to £20.37 per hour, inclusive of all enhancements

Rate breakdown:

£16.57  per hour (days) OR £17.57 per hour (nights)

Plus £2.80 per hour weekend enhancement 

Senior positions available, based on experience, with earning opportunity to £24.12 per hour

 

Up to £2000 welcome bonus (terms apply)

Working in a closely-knit team of Nurses and Carers, you’ll be responsible for the health and wellbeing of residents, applying sound clinical judgement to manage a variety of acute and chronic conditions. You will provide outstanding, evidence-based, individualised nursing care, regularly updating care plans.

As a Nurse, you will update and follow detailed care plans to ensure that every resident is looked after in a person-centred, individual manner, respecting their choices and dignity. We will expect you to demonstrate good clinical knowledge, role modelling and promoting best practice in wound management, nutrition, tissue viability, end-of-life care and other essential clinical interventions. You will help to ensure that healthcare objectives meet and exceed our standards and those of our regulators. You will help to supervise the care teams and regularly meet with residents' families and internal and external support teams and professionals.
