Join our Housekeeping team and make a difference

Our multi-award-winning team provides the highest standards of care and comfort to support our residents’ health and wellbeing. And we are now recruiting Housekeepers to join us.

You will be involved in daily cleaning (and deep cleaning duties when required), maintaining exceptional standards of cleanliness in communal areas and residents’ rooms. In the laundry, you will ensure that items are freshly washed and dried, using the appropriate machinery, with residents’ clothing returned clean and pressed, ready to wear.  We’ll provide all the training and equipment you need to maintain health and safety standards.

We are delighted to announce that for a limited time period, we are offering new employees the optional opportunity to start an apprenticeship, studying towards a Level 2 or 3 in hospitality/healthcare cleaning. What’s more we will pay you an incentive of up to £2000* for undertaking apprenticeship training. So, if you are looking for a new career in housekeeping, Colten Care will support you both financially and developmentally. It’s a ‘win-win’ for everyone - you’ll gain a professional qualification and be rewarded for making a positive difference to the lives of our residents.
