HR Systems Analyst

Up to £33k dependent on experience

Introduction

We’re looking for an HR Systems Analyst to join our HR team in Ringwood, optimising the development of our systems in HR management, learning and development and recruitment, across Colten Care.

You’ll report to the Director of HR, working collaboratively with HR colleagues as well as the central IT team to improve data capture and accuracy, analysing and interpreting data, enhancing system functionality including automating processes and moulding data into more meaningful and easier to understand reports.

You’ll develop partnerships with all systems users, providing excellent training to our homes’ admin teams and managers, giving helpdesk support so that everyone makes the most efficient use of our HR systems.

About you

You have a talent for data management and drawing out meaningful reports which provide a sound basis on which to direct decisions to improve staff retention.

Previous experience in working in HR is not a requirement, but you will have worked with HR or Learning and Development on various data related projects. 

You will have gained experience on writing and developing a wide variety of system reports and already have built a track record in improving processes.

You’ll have excellent diagnostic, analytical and problem-solving skills with advanced proficiency in database management.  In addition, you will have strong numeracy and logical reasoning abilities and be equally adept at working on your own initiative or as part of a team.  Skills in SQL query would be a distinct advantage.
