HR Systems Graduate
Up to £33,000 dependent on experience
Introduction
We’re looking for a Graduate to join our HR team in Ringwood, optimising the development of our systems in HR management, learning and development and recruitment, across Colten Care.
You’ll report to the Director of HR, working collaboratively with HR colleagues as well as the central IT team to improve data capture and accuracy, analysing and interpreting data, enhancing system functionality including automating processes and moulding data into more meaningful and easier to understand reports.
You’ll develop partnerships with all systems users, providing excellent training to our homes’ admin teams and managers, giving helpdesk support so that everyone makes the most efficient use of our HR systems.
About you
You have a talent for data management and drawing out meaningful reports which provide a sound basis on which to direct decisions, such as where to invest further financial resources.
You will hold a Degree in either Computer Science, Mathematics or in Human Resource Management. As part of your Degree you will have gained experience in writing and developing a wide variety of IT system reports and have improved systems processes.
You’ll have excellent diagnostic, analytical and problem-solving skills with advanced proficiency in database management. In addition, you will have strong numeracy and logical reasoning abilities and be equally adept at working on your own initiative or as part of a team. Skills in SQL query would be a distinct advantage.
Previous experience in working in HR is not a requirement.
