Senior Care Lead 

Days: Up to £13.40 per hour / Nights: Up to £14.15 per hour (including enhancements)

42 hours per week, contracts available on days and/or nights to support you and your work/life balance, including alternate weekends (includes paid breaks)

 

Introduction

We’re looking for a Senior Care Lead to join our team and become a valued part of day-to-day life in our home, Linden House in Lymington, Hampshire.

You’ll work closely with our Nursing team, playing a leading role in the administration of medicines, care planning, infection control, and assisting with the training and supervision of new staff.

You’ll build lasting relationships with our residents and make a meaningful difference to their health and wellbeing every day, assisting them to lead a fulfilled life.

About You

Compassion is in your nature. You’re able to lead with a “can-do” attitude and great communications skills. You’ll enjoy being a positive role model for your colleagues.

You’re a team player, willing to be hands-on with residents and help them whenever needed. You’re organised, hard-working, resilient, with good observations skills, attention to detail and a sense of fun.

You’ll have at least two years’ experience working within adult care, ideally within a similar role, and be qualified to NVQ/Diploma Level 3 in Health and Social Care.
