Introduction

We’re looking for an experienced and passionate Senior Recruitment Advisor to join our dedicated in-house Recruitment Team at our Support Centre, Colten House, in Ringwood, with occasional travel to our luxury care homes across Hampshire, Dorset, Wiltshire and West Sussex.

This is no ordinary recruitment job!

You’ll utilise your extensive skills and experience to help Colten Care attract, recruit and retain the best talent to care for our residents, making a meaningful difference to their lives every day.

There is tremendous satisfaction to be had working in elderly care, supporting a better quality of later life for people living in, or moving to, our care homes in the south of England. You’ll play a leading role in the ‘end to end’ recruitment process, using 'best practice' attraction and selection methods both online and offline, and supporting our homes’ teams to provide an exceptional candidate experience.

If applying your recruitment skills to the elderly care sector is for you, and you want to be part of something truly special where there is opportunity to develop your career, we’d love you to apply. A member of our dedicated recruitment team will then be in touch to discuss the opportunity in more detail.

About you

You’ll have a genuine passion for your job, with proven experience as a professional recruitment consultant or in-house recruiter. You’ll have a detailed understanding of 'end to end' recruitment processes including advertising and attraction techniques, selection methods, testing and appointment processes.

You’re adept at prioritising tasks and working efficiently on your own initiative within a competitive and fast-paced environment. You’ll demonstrate excellent communication and influencing skills, with a superb telephone manner. You’ll have an analytical mind and an enthusiastic and proactive approach.

You’ll be excited to apply your skills and experience to the elderly care sector, and to feel the job satisfaction that comes with it.

About Colten Care

We’re a local, family-owned, award-winning care home group, with an outstanding reputation within the industry thanks to our amazing people and our focus on keeping the resident at the heart of everything we do.

We strive to be the best we can hence why all 21 of our nursing homes are rated at least good and 7 are outstanding by the CQC, our national regulator.

If a career in elderly care is for you then you want to be part of the team at Colten Care.
