Health Care Assistant

Pay rates: Days: Up to £12.32 per hour / Nights: Up to £13.67 per hour 

(At Linden House, for carers with at least two years of experience in care, we offer an additional hourly enhancement with rates up to £13.67)

Introduction

We’re looking for Health Care Assistants across the New Forest, both experienced or new to care, to join our team and become a valued part of day-to-day life in one of our luxury homes – Linden House, Court Lodge, Belmore Lodge, Woodpeckers, and Kingfishers.

Under the leadership and guidance of our Nursing team and Senior Care Lead, you’ll play an essential role providing personal care, assisting residents to lead a fulfilled life. You’ll build lasting relationships with our residents and make a meaningful difference to their health and wellbeing every day.

Already experienced in care? Then you’ll have exciting opportunities to progress. We’re proud to support carers with a well-established development pathway, starting with fully funded Diplomas in Health and Social Care. You could become a Senior Care Lead, then progress to Trainee Nurse Associate and beyond!

About you
