Learning and Development Co-ordinator
Up to £26,000 per annum, depending on experience
40 hours per week
Based in Ringwood, Hampshire
Introduction
This is a great progression role to develop your career in HR.
We’re looking for a HR Graduate or Higher Apprentice to join our Learning and Development team in Ringwood.
You’ll report to the Head of Learning and Development and work with fellow Learning and Development professionals to arrange company-wide training courses and programmes.
You’ll develop partnerships with our professional learning and apprenticeship providers and carry out research and analysis relating to all areas of the Learning and Development function.
About you
You’re an HR Graduate or Higher Apprentice who’s passionate about enabling people to learn and grow. You’re organised and personable, with excellent planning and multi-tasking skills, and attention to detail.
You’ll be an excellent communicator, with an intermediate or advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel.
