Part Time Purchase Ledger Assistant

Based at Colten House in Ringwood

Part time, between 11 to 19 hours per week, Monday – Friday, could be flexible for the right candidate

Salary circa £22,425 per annum (pro-rata)

 

We are looking for a Purchase Ledger Assistant to join ourfriendly Accounts team based in our Head Office in Ringwood, Hampshire on a part time basis.

As a Purchase Ledger Assistant, you will assist the team with the day-to-day running of the purchase ledger and will involve the following duties:

  • Coding and accurately processing of food and wine invoices and assisting with other catering and general invoices when required
  • Obtaining authorisation before invoice is inputted
  • Matching individual ledgers to statements
  • Entering bank details onto our financial system
  • Covering the team when required on additional duties such as running weekly and monthly BACS payment runs

About You

To be considered for this role, we are ideally looking for candidates to have the following skills and experience:

  • Previous experience within a similar accounts or administrative role would be preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to input information accurately
  • Ability to prioritise and organise your own workload
  • Strong IT skills
  • Excellent communication skills
