Senior Registered Nurse - with up to £2000 welcome incentive (terms apply)

Based at Newstone House, Sturminster Newton, Dorset 

36 or 42 hours per week, days and or nights, including alternate weekends 

Additional hours / overtime opportunities available to suit your circumstances

Up to £24.12 per hour including all enhancements 

Rate breakdown: 

£20.32 per hour 

£1.00 per hour night enhancement 

£2.80 per hour weekend enhancement

Working in a closely-knit team of Nurses and Carers, you’ll be responsible for the health and wellbeing of residents, applying sound clinical judgement to manage a variety of acute and chronic conditions. You will lead and enable colleagues to provide outstanding, evidence-based, individualised nursing care, regularly updating care plans.

About you

We will expect you to demonstrate strong leadership and clinical excellence, role modelling and promoting best practice in wound management, nutrition, tissue viability, end-of-life care and other essential clinical interventions.  You’ll proactively engage in improving the skills and confidence of the team to ensure clinical excellence is delivered in line with our standards and those of our regulators.
